PERSAFE Alarm is a lifestyle app designed for Android devices. Developed by PerSafe B.V., this free app ensures fast and effective help in emergency situations. It is particularly useful for seniors, elderly individuals, professionals exposed to violence, and lone workers.

This app comes with built-in fall-detection, non-movement detection, and damaged phone detection features. In case of an emergency, PERSAFE Alarm automatically triggers an alarm message to your registered responders, providing them with your exact location and alarm details. The app also allows you to manually raise an alarm yourself through the app or by using the optional alarm button connected to your phone via Bluetooth, without the need to unlock your phone.

One of the key features of PERSAFE Alarm is the ability for responders to see who received the alarm message and who is available to accept the alarm. Responders can also set up 2-way communication with the person in alarm to better understand the situation and determine the required response. Additionally, responders have the option to escalate the alarm to an alarm receiving center for 112 emergency response using the escalation button. The app also allows you to include important information in the alarm message, such as allergies, medication, or relevant medical conditions.

In situations where none of the allotted responders are available, the alarm is automatically escalated to an alarm receiving center. Throughout the alarm situation, all responders are constantly updated on the situation until it is resolved.
